There has been much concern about how many apartments are being built in Fort Wayne, Indiana, particularly downtown Fort Wayne. The City of Fort Wayne's Government released an independent study on downtown Fort Wayne's rental and sale market. They found that downtown's rental market was very strong and can absorb many more rental units. We also discuss the new apartment The Eddy at Riverfront Fort Wayne that has broken ground. Additionally we get an inside look at the St Joe Nursing Dorm that is being renovated into new apartments in downtown Fort Wayne across from the new Lutheran Hospital.
